The season starts at the end of May until September 30. For our guided activities, rafting, canyoning and water tobogganing, there are 2 departures per day: 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. These activities last 3 hours. For rafting descents on the Mistassibi River, departures are on request and reservation only. Equipment rental is possible from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • What should I bring?
You only need your bathing suit and extra shoes to wear. The shoes must stay firmly on the foot and protect it, so no Crocs or loose sandals. We do provide shoes on site if you do not have any. For your activity, you’ll be provided all the river or canyoning gear you’ll need. · Helmet · Life Jacket · Paddle · Wetsuits · Harness · Head lamp · Shoes · Professional guide and trip leader
  • How many people are there per boat (rafting)?
You can be between 6 and 9 people per boat, in addition to your guide.
  • In case of bad weather, do I go anyway?
Good weather, bad weather, we go on the river. One of the pleasures of rafting is to be wet, so it’s a great activity to do despite the rain.
  • We are only 2, can we go anyway?
Absolutely. You can be 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, or more. There is no minimum or maximum limit for rafting. If you are a small group, we introduce you to others and you get to make friends for the day!
  • How to see my photos or video?
Pictures of your activity will be posted on the H2O Facebook account, within 24 to 48 hours after your activity: Facebook Photo Album We withdraw any responsibility for lost files or any incident involving taking pictures or filming.
