Reservation Policy

Within 48 hours, reservations can only be made by phone at 418-346-7238 or 1-866-697-7238.

A 25$ deposit is required to confirm your trip reservation with the balance due at your arrival. 

 

Full refunds are issued only if trip cancellation notice is received more than 14 days prior to the activity date.

 

We accept “walk in” business if space is available.

 

All children and teens 5-15 years of age must be accompanied by 1 person 18 years or older on all activity.

Reservations for departure at 9:00 a.m.:  if all 40 places are available, it takes a minimum of 3 people in your group for canyoning and 5 people for rafting to confirm a departure.
