Reservation Policy
Within 24 hours, reservations can only be made by phone at 418-346-7238 or 1-866-697-7238.
A 25$ deposit is required to confirm your trip reservation with the balance due at your arrival.
Full refunds are issued only if the cancellation notice is received more than 7 days prior to the activity date.
We accept “walk in” business if space is available.
All children and teens 5-15 years of age must be accompanied by at least one person 18 years or older on all activity.

Reservations: if all 40 places are available, it takes a minimum of 3 people in your group for canyoning and 5 people for rafting to confirm a departure.
